　　为全力保障商贸流通企业复工，晋江即日起启动第三批商贸流通企业口罩申购，申购时间为2月29日至3月1日。现将有关事项通知如下：

　　1.已复工（含春节期间未停工）但口罩储备不足且缺乏正常购买渠道，如再无供给可能影响持续生产的商贸流通企业；

　　

　　2.疫情防控措施已基本到位，口罩问题解决就可复工的商贸流通企业。

　　总原则：确保重点，兼顾一般。

　　

　　目前配售优先考虑：

　　

　　1.商贸流通重点镇街；

　　

　　2.商超等民生保障企业；

　　

　　3.限上批发零售企业；

　　

　　4.物流、港口服务企业；

　　

　　5.化工产品、钢材贸易企业；

　　

　　6.汽车销售企业；

　　

　　7.平台供应链企业；

　　

　　8.其它需要优先配售企业。

　　

　　后续再逐步扩大至商贸流通全行业。

　　符合条件的商贸流通企业，根据实际到岗员工数，按7个/人申请，每轮申购最高限额3000个/家。本轮未申购到或购置数量无法完全满足企业需求的，可在下一轮继续申购。

　　1.企业填写《第三批商贸流通企业口罩配售申请表》，并报送给所在镇街登记申报。

　　

　　2.各镇街、经济开发区、泉州综合保税区对企业上报的申请表进行审核，并汇总报送给市商务局。

　　

　　3.市商务局根据各镇街、经济开发区、泉州综合保税区提交的申请表，结合市防控指挥部后勤保障组物资配额情况，核定符合申购条件的每家企业申购配额，并向各镇街、经济开发区、泉州综合保税区及市医药公司出具《商贸流通企业口罩配售计划表》。

　　

　　4.各镇街、经济开发区、泉州综合保税区指派专人持本镇街介绍信前往医药公司采购，并做好发放。

　　

　　5.市医药公司于每日下午17:30前将采购情况反馈给市商务局。

　　1.各口罩采购企业必须将口罩用于本企业生产经营，不得转送（售），一经发现，将不再配售口罩，且今后将不予受理相关政策申报。

　　

　　2.疫情防控措施已基本到位，口罩问题解决就可复工的商贸流通企业申购到调配口罩后，必须确保三天内正式开工（以各镇街、经济开发区、泉州综合保税区报送的《商贸企业返岗复工情况日报表》为依据），否则，暂停一轮配售口罩给所在镇街、经济开发区或泉州综合保税区所有企业。
