Jinjiang Gymnasiade Solicits Volunteer Slogan and Nickname Proposals

　　To better assist the volunteer arrangement and call on the majority of volunteers to devote themselves to the Gymnasiade with great passion and conditions, Jinjiang Gymnasiade would like to solicit volunteer slogan and nickname proposals from the public. The solicitation will close at 17:00 p.m. on May 31, 2020.

　　The slogan (20 characters or less) should emphasize the volunteer spirits of “devotion, friendship, cooperation, and advance“ and express the voice of volunteers who actively participate in the service work. The slogan must be concise, clear, easy to remember, catchy, appealing, and beguiling. In addition, it is required to arouse people's feelings, and be easily accepted by people from different countries (regions) and different cultural backgrounds. Moreover, the slogan should be in both Chinese and English. The bilingual slogan should be submitted together with descriptions.

　　As to the nickname, it should conform to the volunteer spirit and reflect the regional characteristics and youth elements of the city. The nickname should be concise and catchy with a certain connotation. In principle, the nickname (three characters or less) should be submitted together with descriptions.

　　All the natural persons, legal persons, or unincorporated organizations at home and abroad who support and show their concerns to the Gymnasiade and voluntarily abide by the provisions of the Call for Proposals can be candidates and participate in this activity. Each contributor can only submit one work, which is required to be positive, healthy and original.

　　The activity will be carried out in four phases, including information release, preliminary selection, expert review and final review. In either slogan or nickname solicitation, the final winner (one contributor) will be rewarded with RMB 5,000; the outstanding work creators (two contributors) will be rewarded with RMB 3,000 respectively; the finalist work creators (5 contributors) will be rewarded with RMB 1,000 respectively. The prize will not be rewarded repeatedly.

　　Contributors must download the Application Form, fill in the digital form as required and submit it together with the works. The scanned handwritten form should be legible and be submitted to the designated e-mail (jjtwxcb@163.com). The Call for Proposals and the Application Form are available on the official website of the 18th Gymnasiade (https://www.jinjiang2020.cn) and the official WeChat accounts of both 2020 Jinjiang Gymnasiade and Jinjiang Communist Youth League.

　　晋江世中运公开征集

　　志愿者口号和昵称

　　为更好地配合世中运志愿者各项工作开展，凝聚和号召广大志愿者以饱满的热情、良好的状态投身到世中运的各项志愿服务中，目前晋江世中运公开征集志愿者口号和昵称。征集活动截至5月31日17时。

　　应征口号应突出“奉献、友爱、互助、进步”的志愿精神，表达志愿者积极参与志愿服务工作的心声，字数20字以内。同时，应征口号力求简洁明快、便于记忆、朗朗上口，富有感染力和号召力，能够打动人心，易于被不同国家（地区）、不同文化背景的人群所接受。需要提醒的是，应征口号语言限为中文、英文，提交其中之一语言表达的作品应附上另外一种语言的版本，同时附上创意说明。

　　应征昵称应符合志愿精神，体现晋江地域特色和青年元素。应征昵称力求文字简洁、易读上口，有一定寓意，字数原则上3个字以内，同时附上创意说明。

　　国内外所有支持和关心世中运并自愿遵守征集公告规定的自然人、法人或非法人组织，均可作为本次征集活动的应征者。每名应征者只能提交一份作品，内容应积极、健康、向上，且为原创。

　　本次活动分为信息发布、初选、专家评审、报审四个环节。口号和昵称均评选最终优胜奖1名，各奖励人民币5000元；优秀作品奖2名，各奖励人民币3000元；入围作品奖5名，各奖励人民币1000元。不重复奖励。

　　应征者需按要求填写“应征表格”，提交扫描电子文件到指定邮箱（jjtwxcb@163.com）。征集方案与“应征表格”可从世中运官方网站（http://www.jinjiang2020.cn/）、“晋江2020年世中运”微信公众号或“晋江共青团”微信公众号下载。
